RESERVATION FORM for puppies

STEPS TO RESERVING A PUPPY :

1. CONTACT US FOR AVAILABILITY: Call or text 802-299-9883 or check the “Current Puppies Page “.

If you wish, you may arrange a video chat or in home visit for help with choosing. 

In person visits are allowed at 5-6 weeks of age.

2. READ “BREEDER/BUYER AGREEMENT”, BELOW.

3. FILL OUT INFORMATION BELOW and click SUBMIT.

4. PAY $300 DEPOSIT.  The deposit is nonrefundable so please consider carefully before deciding to reserve a puppy.   We accept Venmo or cash.  Contact us for instructions.

BREEDER’S COMMITMENT:

Breeder commits to quality breeding and upbringing and verifies that puppy: 

-is ethically home raised and socialized with age-appropriate health care to include deworming, quality nutrition, and first vaccination.

- has parents that are genetically tested prior to breeding.

- comes with veterinarian certificate of health.

- is started on litter/house training.

-is microchipped.

-has a 1-year health guarantee against genetic disease for replacement or refund of cost. 

BUYER’S COMMITMENT :

Buyer acknowledges a lifetime commitment to provide quality care to include:

   -appropriate nutrition, and shelter

 -routine and acute medical care, vaccinations and heart worm prevention as recommended by a veterinarian. 

-regular grooming to maintain comfort, which generally includes shaving every 6-8 weeks, nail trimming, & ear cleaning  

Puppy shall be neutered before 13 months of age.

Buyer also understands that: 

-breeding is not an exact science.  While genetic testing provides insights, size and color traits are not guaranteed.   

Buyer commits to not surrender puppy to an animal shelter
